Many assets not caching

It appears that some assets are getting cached while others are not. I assumed it would pick up all assets in the wp-content / wp-includes folders, however, there are several png, svg, js, etc assets not using the AWS url.

Maybe I have something configured incorrectly. Can you help explain why this is happening?
