• I have used this plugin and I faced next issues:

    1. Password reset didn’t worked, so I needed to use a 3rd party plugin for it, because support was very bad.

    2. The basic registration form of the plugin didn’t support custom fields like address, phone number, etc., so I bought the Add-on(Simple Membership Form Builder) which is a JOKE. After a time my forms didnt showed up in list and I couldnt edit them or create new, because I had error code.(I found my forms in mysql).

    3. Because of the addon after a successfull payment, my users couldn’t register with their paypal e-mail on my site, because when they completed the registration form all the time my clients faced the duplicated e-mail adress error, so they couldnt complete the form.

    4. This plugin uses a Member’s section for user, which is synced with the Users section of the wordpress, but the this didnt worked correctly.

    I contacted forum support, I did premium support also (i could because i bought the addon), but the support couldnt help me and they were very slow.

    This plugin is good for some very simple user management, but thats all.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    The plugin itself has no bugs at this time. Otherwise thousands of users wouldn’t be using it on their sites. We always test the plugin and address any bug that needs fixing.

    You have issues on your site (coming from plugin conflicts and/or using bad hosting). Your PayPal account setup is also messed up which is why the plugin weren’t receiving any notification after payment and not doing anything. We tried to help you but half the time we couldn’t understand what you were saying.

    If you read the name of the plugin, it says right there that it is a simple membership plugin. Or did you not understand what that means?

    The plugin worked for me aswell, but after you did update it didnt, but never was perfect.

    At my site I wouldn’t say there is plugin conflict, because that was the first thing I tryed, I turned all plugins off exept yours and the issues I had still. I did research on your forum and I seen others had same issues like me and not just now, monthes before.

    About hosting, I have tryed on two different servers…

    You are wrong, my PayPal payments wordked correctly and i received notification, also at plugin it showd as a successfull payment.

    I never said you didn’t tried to help me, but 48h I think it is very slow for a premium support.

    You don’t need to be angry and also you cant talk like this with your customers, wordpress rating system is from 1 star to 5 and for me your plugin is 1 star.

    My question is… What kind of plugin developer you are who BLACKMAIL in e-mail?

    well its good that wordpress has rating system for plugins but its bad at the same time that it doesn’t have rating system for users. that way we could have saved our time by avoid some retarded users.
