Many bugs with each update

  • My lesson from interfering with this LMS is don’t judge by appearance. While visually beautiful, this LMS is not reliable and stable. Many bugs and each update breaks the functionality of the product instead of improving it. Just see the numerous reported issues at the support forum and you will understand what I am talking about. The usual response from the creators of the plugin is that it is always the theme’s fault and not theirs and that they need access to my website in order to investigate further. I lost time and money with this plugin. I would not recommend it for professional use.

    Before judging a plugin I’d request you to try it using a default WordPress theme or using one of our LMS themes and not using a 3rd party custom themes that use a customized version of our plugin. They don’t tend to update their themes as frequently as we update our plugin.

    Let us know if you notice anything strange when using the themes I suggested. We are all ears and assure of resolving issues that pertain to our plugin. You can then reach out to your custom theme author and request them to release a compatible version of their themes.
