Many Buttons When Creating New Post Don't Work

    Hi everyone.

    When I create a new post, many buttons simply do not work: Add Media, Add New Category, adding tags, Choose from the most used tags.

    This bug has been going on for a few weeks now.

    I’ve tried on Chrome as well as Firefox, and the behavior is the same on both.

    Please advise, since I can’t post pictures, or tag, or create categories.

  • I have the same problem since yesterday, have checked a lot of things, but nothing seems wrong.

    I made a brand new sites whith same plugins and theme, and everything is OK

    I’m trying to restore a backup from Monday evening now

    I am having the exact same problem ever since the 4.0 install. What’s the solution?

    My problem has been resolved by installing a new site and restoring the database backup.

    In between there has been 2 plugin updates:
    – WordPress SEO
    – iThemes Security

    My problem happend after these 2 plugins updated on tuesday, so I think it may be something in one one them responsible; but it’s only MY pov

    I just got back an answer from GoDaddy support. It worked!

    Basically, it’s one of the plugins. Disable the plugins and restore them one at a time or disable them one a time to see if they work. It’s easy to find when you click on Plugins from the dashboard.
