Many Errors

Did you read the sticky post for this forum?

Can you cut-and-paste the error so we have an idea of the problem?

Sorry, I had assumed that you had posted in the support forum. Why didn’t you? It would seem that posting quick question in the support forum would be the most efficient way to get an answer / solution to your issue…

I posted and asked before and no one answered I also can’t post a screen shot of all the errors so its gone unanswered. No time to really figure it out Im trying to go my blog not keep figuring out all these issues that I can never get a clear response..

This is one of them there about 10 more stating similar..

Also I dont get why some of my photos get caught off and some I can see its confusing no clear direction.

When you have an issue with a plugin, to post in the right place you should be going to the plugin’s main page and then pressing on the “Support” link (in between of the “Stats” and “Reviews” links). Then scrolling down to enter that form.

Oh I will try that next time.. But I posted the error above..

Please post your question to the support forum, including the error(s) you received. All questions in the support forum get answered, so you may want to re-visit that earlier post you mentioned — I’m sure it must have gotten an answer.

You appear to have a conflict w another plugin and/or your theme. Detecting this situation is actually a major feature of WPSSO. It appears you have rated the plugin negatively because it detected and reported a conflict. I propose you re-think your approach on this — if a plugin can detect an issue and let you know about it, so you can correct it, that this might actually be a good thing. Every other meta tag plugin I know of would not detect this kind of problem.

Hopefully you’ll rethink your rating of the plugin based on the plugin itself, not an issue caused by your theme templates and/or other conflicting plugins.

Although it might be a major feature if the plug in does not tell me how to correct it .. it is now pointless to me. Everyone is not familiar with how wordpress works especially if someone else built the site. I have to maintain it myself as it would be costly at this time to to get someone else to do it. I have researched this issue I have asked no one can give me a solution how to fix it. Yet consistently it asks me to rate it. Well I gave an honest rating based on my opinion of the plug-in it does nothing and means nothing if it does not work for the person who is rating it. My rating won’t matter to someone who uses it successfully.

Perhaps instead of suggesting I change my rating suggest what I can do to fix it.. Once again this going no where I posted this its gone on for two days and Im getting reprimanded for posting in the wrong place, for giving a negative rating, but not once has someone provided a solution to the problem.

Thanks I must move on to develop my business.. if you have a suggestion how to fix I am open and willing to accept it.

Myself and a moderator have provided you with information on where to get help. If you refuse to help yourself, that is your choice. At this point, I would suggest you uninstall the WPSSO and WPSSO SSB plugins.

You contacted me I did not contact you or post here initially. I answered the constant messages to rate this plug in and I did. I also told you I posted on the support forum and got no answer. My rating stands as thanks for your help.
