Many failed SPAM orders since using the Plugin

I have been using the free version of Pre-orders for woocommerce for about 10 days now and literally since I set-up the plugin I have started getting Failed Spam pre-orders.
All these failed orders have different customer details, in fact the only things I can see are similar is that they all have IP: 3.145.33.129 and an email address that ends in .mx.
This is strange because I only sell products within Thailand.
I am pretty sure it is a spam bot. But how can I stop it?
Another point is that each order fails with at the payment stage, with the following message: Omise: Payment failed, (insufficient_fund) insufficient funds in the account or the card has reached the credit limit
