    How is that image added to your website? Are you using page builder?

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    No, the site does not use a page builder. The image is added in the content with gutenberg disabled and TinyMCE Advanced plugin active.

    Hi,

    Sorry, was a bit busy ?? But in your case, the plugin should work perfectly. It’s very easy for the plugin to detect the usage of files when posts are simply built through TinyMCE.

    Can I have more details about the settings you are using and all that? have a also a look in your PHP Error Logs, just in case.

    What settings information do you need? Btw.: Do you know why the status keeps getting changed to resolved even though it isn’t?

    I did have another look at recognized that I got confused with the image in the example, as there are quite a few of the same one. This means that your Plugin works perfectly fine! Thank you for the support and please excuse my carelessness and for the time you had to invest.
