Many images have not been updated

Hello, here it ran the whole process, said it had updated all images, but many images were not updated, especially the ones that are actually being used on the site. Like, the old copies of the image (which have the same name) were updated by the plugin, but the newest, published version of the image was not updated. Is there anything I can do to try to fix this? Thanks.
