Many orders appear to be missing from the report.

    Hello!

    We downloaded your plugin today to make life easier with filing our Florida sales taxes; the report appears to be life changing in it’s design; but we are seeing a massive discrepancy in the number of orders in the report versus reality.

    When we run a report for April/May/June for example, your plugin shows us that there are 17 orders:

    But when we check for completed sales in our Woocommerce email receipts, we have 60 orders.

    Where are the missing 43 orders?

    Hi, sorry to hear that. It’s working in all of our tests on 10+ different websites.

    I’d like to help you figure it out if possible.

    Can you verify the SHIPPING address is in Florida for all of those orders and that those orders are not refunded or in some unusual status?

    Also note International orders are not currently showing in the sales by state report.
