Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It seems the background processes are not working on your website. WP Crontrol is a good plugin to monitor the background processes. It also shows the background processes logs. So if there are any errors when running the flat_posts
, you will see it in the logs or you can also manually run a Cron event/Background process from the Schedule Actions page.
This is what you can try:
1. Install & Activate the WP Crontrol plugin
2. Navigate to Dashboard >> Tools >> Schedule Actions page and delete all the flat_posts
hooks. You can bulk delete them from that page.
3. Rebuild Analytics Index from Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Database tools page.
4. Navigate back to the Schedule actions page and see if the processes run or the log shows any error.
