Hi,

• I can’t find a file to translate.
• What is “mark sheed”. I can’t find an English translation.
• In “add marks, when students are listed, I don’t see much sense to show the columns of: “Roll no” and “Regi no”. As a teacher, I want to add marks for the students.

Casuistry: John Doe, year 2023, in the first period (class-01-23), in the subject Mathematics; I want to add three marks. I want the first mark to be 40%, the second mark to be 30% and the third mark to be the remaining 30%. 

• How can I average a final grade?
• In Colombia, the school year is divided into 4 periods. Am I correct in using “class” for this purpose?
• How can I customize a template so that the student can print or download a PDF file?
• How can I customize the data shown to the student in the frontend? I want to hide certain data and change the position of this data.
• In my country, a single teacher teaches all the subjects for the different grades of preschool and elementary school. If I am going to add marks to the 4th Grade “Math” subject, I want to add the mark of my three exams; doing it one by one is more work. 
• How can I add “achievements” to the tests? For example: in Mathematics, I want to add three “achievements” (exams). The first achievement is “exhibitions” and it will be 40%, the second achievement is going to be homework, and it will be 30% and finally a final paper which will be 30%. These achievements will then be displayed in the frontend, so that the parent can see the performance of their child in that period.
• The school year consists of 4 periods. In the first period for Mathematics there were three achievements that should be averaged; then for the second period again three achievements that should also be averaged, but additionally there should be a column that shows the average of those first two periods. For the fourth period again the average of grades for that subject in that period will be shown, but also the column with the total average of the year will be shown, corresponding to the average of the four periods for the subject of Mathematics.

I attach a final report card where they appear: subject, the four periods (1p, 2p, 3p and 4p); the average of those four periods (Average General); the achievements and a qualitative of the fourth period. Also, in the header, information of interest to the student and parent.
