Many Spam Comments

Hello

This plugin was working great. But when google ratings for my two sites improved and I started to receive more traffic, too many spam comments are received daily.
Spam comments about cars,calvin klein,lamborghini,loubotin,alchocol and that kind of things.
I added those words in stop spammer plugin to mark as spam but they still go through.

What should I do?
