Many valid entries are being reported as spam

    Hi, we use this plugin on about 20+ websites to prevent spam and so far it has been great. However the last few days/week it has been hell as most of our customers are calling/emailing us that they notice a drop in submissions.

    Is there a way to fix the issue for all our websites? Has there been an update that decreased tolerance? Is there a way I can prevent it from happening?

    I saw some posts here that mentioned updating to the latest version but most, if not all our websites are running the latest one Version 6.9.1

    Please help asap as currently I’m mailing and checking the spam messages of all those sites manually, not something I want to do the coming days… ??
