Map and Calendar not showing

i am having the same problem: https://www.bouncyfeetcastles.co.uk

in my case its the calendar not showing up, yet the check box for appointments does, with no calendar showing. I have disabled the map as i dont need it.

The calendar was working before and now it doesnt. Also, i never got a resolution to my intiial problem which is that the big contact settings box that is said to appear on the left hand side has NEVER once appeared for me. as such i have not ever been able to edit the settings, despite deleting and reinstalling the plugin many times.

please help!!!!!

any help with this????
