Hi, i have a lot of Custom Post Type posts, all have Geodata (via the ACF-field).
How can i create a map that dynamically shows all of them?

    Thanks

Hello Florian, it’s still a bit new and I’ve been working on a new main website so I haven’t got to updating the documentation, but you can go to any map you’re creating, then where you add “Points, Lines, & Polygons”, scroll down to the select box that says “Custom Posts”. There you can select the ones you want to add. Let me know if that works?

    Thanks for the quick reply!

I found the setting, but i don’t want to select individual posts (e.g. “Location1”, “Location2”, “Location3”), i want to select a custom post type (e.g. “Stores”), so that new stores get added to the map automatically.

If there’s no gui for this, i am comfortable with using WordPress Hooks/Filters if possible.

    Thanks

Sorry, this functionality doesn’t currently exist in the plugin. I can consider adding it, but right now you can’t select custom post types and have them added automatically. I don’t think there’s any simple way to do it with hooks or filters either — this functionality in general is quite new and there hasn’t been much interest in it, so it may take a while to try to add something as complex as adding by custom post types.

OK! Thanks for the quick answers, please add this as a feature request, since it is a must for my use case.
