Map Fields Not working

    I created a new Gravity form – created fields “Email, First Name, Last Name, Company Name”

    Connected my mailchimp account w/API key, attempted to map fields with Mailchimp Feeds

    The email address field is the only one required but the drop down menu only offers “Select One”. I cannot proceed without selecting one, but there are no options to select.

    I have tried linking to different list names, same result for all.

    Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, we’re not going to be able to help out with the Gravity Forms plugin setup steps since that plugin is created entirely by a third party developer. We’re not as familiar with their setup steps or requirements, so it would be best to get in touch with them directly.

    I was able to find the setup instructions here for the plugin – https://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/article/creating-a-feed-for-the-mailchimp-add-on/ and also see that their support team can be contacted here – https://www.gravityhelp.com/support/ They should be able to get things headed in the right direction.
