Map freezes after a few seconds.

The map seems to work fine except for a few seconds after the page loads nothing on the map works. I can’t scroll around, can’t click on map points, nothing. I am using Snazzy maps with mappress, I have tried turning that off to see if that’s the issue, doesn’t seem to change anything. I have used this plugin on tons of sites and haven’t ran into this issue before.

Any advice you might have is appreciated.
