Map not showing Canada locations

    Hi,

    When I search for Canada locations on my map by typing only Canada or only a province in the search bar, no results are returned, but when I type in both the city and province results show up. This is not the case for USA locations. How do I fix this?

    Searching for countries or states alone are a bad idea since most location will not fall within the set search radius.

    When you start a search the coordinates that are used are always in the center of the location the user searches for. So if you search for “Canada” it will start in the middle of the country and look for location that fall within x km from the center, and this will unlikely return results, just as with a search for a state.

    The US locations likely just happen to have locations that fall within the used search radius.

    If you want to make this work with searches for states, then you will have to set a large default search radius on the settings page in the Search radius options field. The default value is set between [].
