• Hi Alex,

Love how easy the plugin was to install and setup on my WordPress site. The maps look fantastic and load quickly on my desktop. On an iPad, Android tablet and Android smartphone, the map shows a spinning wheel indicating that it is trying to load but it just does not succeed. I’ve watched it for several minutes before giving up on each device.

Here’s the pages I installed it on:

    https://canarysrestaurant.com/cleveland-location/

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

  • I am having the same issue on one of my sites. Works great on laptop or PC not on iPad or other mobile devices. https://www.catskillmountainpizzacompany.com/test-catskillpizza

I played around with the generated code and this seems to display my map on mobile devices
    ‘[google-map-v3 width=”500″ height=”400″ zoom=”12″ maptype=”roadmap” mapalign=”center” directionhint=”true” language=”default” poweredby=”false” maptypecontrol=”true” pancontrol=”true” zoomcontrol=”true” scalecontrol=”true” streetviewcontrol=”true” scrollwheelcontrol=”true” draggable=”true” tiltfourtyfive=”false” addmarkermashupbubble=”false” addmarkermashupbubble=”false” addmarkerlist=”51 Mill Hill Road, Woodstock, NY 12498{}2-default.png{}Catskill Mountain Pizza Company” bubbleautopan=”true” showbike=”false” showtraffic=”false” showpanoramio=”false”]’

    Hope this helps someone else

    sandharr,

What did you change to get it to work?

If I copy your code, do I just have to replace “51 Mill Hill Road, Woodstock, NY 12498” and “Catskill Mountain Pizza Company” with my own info?

What about {}2-default.png{}? Is that something I need to replace?

    Thanks!
