Map plugin to show itinerary described in WordPress post

I happened to stumble upon a very nice integrated map on another wordpress site but unfortunately I don’t find it anymore.

I liked the look & the functionality. I have been going through numerous ‘best wordpress map plugins’ posts but none seem to match the plugin I saw in action. I hope somebody can tell me which plugin it is.

This how it looked and how it worked:
– You could click on the headings in the post and the map would slide in from the right. (over the whole height of the screen and about 30% of the width of the screen)
– The map would show pins for all the locations covered in the article, the pin of the location that was clicked was shown in a different color if I remember well
– The map was interactive
– You could click on another pin on the map, the map would close and the blog article would scroll to the description of that specific place

I hope somebody can point me to this exact plugin. If not I would already be happy to find a plugin that offers the functionality that I described here.
