Map Plugin with Links for Each Location

I’m looking for a quicker way to add billboard locations. Please take a look at this page:
https://www.boardworks.com/billboard-locations/
When you’re there, click on any of the links and/or map markers. I manually added each location and created each page with an individual map. Is there a plugin that would speed this process up?
