    Good day,

We are using a theme from astoundify using the wp job manager plugin. Whenever we create a new listing, on the preview page it shows the map pointer in the middle of the ocean. Only when going back, and previewing again does the map pointer show up correctly.

I’ve contacted the people of astoundify and they said it’s handled by the wp job manager plugin.

    Please advise.

    Thanks in advance.

This is not the case – all map functionality is handled by Jobify. We only handle the geolocation – this however is not done until the job is submitted, so preview may be too early!

    Thanks Mike.

Is there any way that I can edit the preview template? Is that part of your plugin or the jobify theme?

I think in the case of Jobify, it uses the single job listing template. There is a global to determine if you’re on a preview. This could be used to disable any map until the data is there (or it could just check for valid data before plotting).
