    Hey,

I’m not seeing any obvious errors pertaining to the google map on your site, but the first thing I would do is be sure that you’ve created a google map api and added it to your site.

This guide I wrote up is getting a bit old, but it should still give you a basis for where to start:

Let me know if this is helpful.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried this (a couple of times :)) and unfortunately it doesn’t help. I have also tried the other suggestions the makers of the plugins give (adapting the footer etc). But unfortunately with no result. Any more tips? That would be great!

What plugin are you using? Since the theme only controls the output of the contact page map (in the free version), I can’t really say why the plugin isn’t working. In the premium, you can place a map widget anywhere you want without a plugin.

If you link to the plugin, I’ll test to see if it works for me in Virtue Free. Then I can help narrow it down a bit.

Thanks for the reply! I was working with Huge-IT google maps. After this stopped working I have tried Google Maps Easy and Google Maps Ready. But all the plugins have the same issue… Thanks for the help in advance!

The next thing that I would try is deactivating your active plugins one by one, seeing if the map displays properly when a certain plugin is OFF.

There is one error showing up in your console, and though it’s not specifying that there’a conflict between a plugin and the maps, the best way to text will be to deactivate your plugins.

You can see this error by viewing the page, and right clicking. Click inspect, and then navigate to the console tab to see the errors.

Ok, I did this. At a certain point, after switching woocommerce on and off, I got a different announcement via my website. Something about We need an internet connection to find google maps. I have installed yet another api code to the plugin and the theme and everything is working again! I don’t exactly know how, but I am really happy it is working again. Thanks for your quick help and solution! Regards, Hanneke

Glad that it’s working. Plugins usually are a good place to start.
