Map stopped working (blank box)

    Hi Carlos,

    The plugin suddenly stopped working this morning and in its place is a blank box, this is happening in all browsers.

    I saw you provided a troubleshooting link in a previous thread, I went through it and none of those items apply here.

    We’d greatly appreciate it if you could take a look although we’re trying to resolve this asap, we just haven’t been able to figure it out yet.

    From what I see in the page source code, it doesn’t seem like it’s my plugin you’re using. Can you confirm it’s ‘Interactive Geo Maps’ the plugin you’re using? It seems like it’s a different plugin.

    Hi Carlos – thank you for your quick response. Apologies, I did mix up the plugins, we do use your plugin, but on a different page. Possible to delete this thread? Thanks again for your support!
