It looks like there’s another plugin which is breaking your jQuery. Please deactivate all plugins besides Maps Builder. If it works as expected then re-activate each plugin one at a time until you see the problem again. Then let us know which plugin caused the error and we’ll dig into it.

If after deactivating all other plugins it still does not work correctly, then tell us where we can get a copy of your theme to test.

Let me know how that goes.

    Hello Matt,

Thanx for your response. I disabled all the plugins, but still it doesn’t show the map. So like you suggest, probably it’s in the theme.
The theme I used is avada from theme fusion: https://theme-fusion.com/themes/

What do you want me to do while you’re looking in to it? Disable all the plugins again?

I have access to Avada, I’ll try to replicate the problem and provide you a fix.

    Hi there,

I’m testing now with the latest Avada and with the Fusion Page Builder. I can see that with the Fusion Page Builder that the Map does not output at all, but if I go to a single Map page (that doesn’t use the Page Builder) then it appears correctly.

Can you confirm that on your end as well? If that’s the case, then the problem is most likely with the Fusion Page Builder and not Avada directly.

Actually, I just tested again and I had some custom snippets that prevented the map from outputting properly. Once I test with the latest Avada and Fusion Builder with the latest Maps Builder everything works exactly as expected.

This means there must be something else going on with your environment, or most likely the unique setup of Avada.

I notice that the JS error I mentioned previously is still there, and it’s directly related to Avada JS files. When I test locally those JS files aren’t being loaded on my page. So i think most likely you imported a default Avada theme styles or have a certain setup that I can’t replicate.

Avada has an EXPORT tool. Can you go to “Appearance > Theme Options > Import/Export” and export your theme settings and upload them somewhere so I can download them to test with? That would help me replicate the issue perfectly.

    Thanks!
