Map Zoom Unaffected by Settings

`Hi,
I’m a pro user. I’ve changed the map zoom level in settings to both 0 and 21, but the change never takes effect on an events listing. I’ve also tried clearing the cache.

I’ve ensured my API is correct. Can you please tell me how to increase the zoom?

I’ve tried deactivating all plugins and reverting to a basic theme.
