Mapped domain still shows subdomain URL

    I have just installed 3.0 and Activated Multisite everything seems to be working fine. WP 3.0 MU install is on xyz.com, I’ve created a sub-domain as site2.xyz.com which I’ve used WordPress MU Domain Mapping plugin (Donncha) to map it to site2.com….

    When I log into site2.com as a regular admin account I see the original site2.xyz.com address in Dashboard > My Sites under “Primary Sites”… as well as when logging out the address bar shows the subdomain instead of the mapping of site2.com

    Did I miss something? I don’t want the original sub-domain to show up anywhere. I have unchecked:

    * “Remote Login” &
    * “Redirect administration pages to site’s original domain (remote login disabled if redirect disabled)”

    …so I assumed the subdomain would never be shown…any help please…thanks in advance.
