• Hey there,

Not sure if this is the correct spot to post this issue as it says to do so over in Github – Github then has a link to the support forum back here ?? So I hope I’m in the correct spot.

I have set up a custom text field in salesforce to feed in a Gravity Forms date field – it is feeding in the calendar picklist date OK BUT it converts the date format from dd/mm/yy (correct in Gravity Forms) TO mm/dd/yy (when it feeds in to salesforce). The date field in Gravity Forms calendar settings is set to dd/mm/yy. The field in the gravity forms admin notification comes through correctly as dd/mm/yy. But when pushed to Salesforce it strangely changes to mm/dd/yy.

Any help determining why is appreciated.

  • Same here, which means that if you put in 02/03/2015 in the Gravity Form meaning 2nd February 2015, it arrives in Salesforce as 03/02/2015 which Salesforce interprets as 3rd March 2015 which is really bad. Even worse is that if you put in a date after the 12th, say 24/12/2015, it’ll come into Salesforce as 12/24/2015, Salesforce will bring up an error as there’s no 24th month and make the field blank.

7 months ago someone put this issue on Github and the same person came up with a temporary solution a few months later so we can do that for now https://github.com/katzwebservices/Gravity-Forms-Salesforce/issues/88
