Mapping Dont Work (default woocommerce email)

    Hi, I have a problem with email customizer. The emails that I configured and mapped are not used and the default WordPress emails are delivered (New USER Order and New ADMIN Order)

    Would you be kind enough to help us understand?

    WordPress 6.3
    WooCommerce 8.2
    VENUS theme (last version)
    Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce 2.0
    PHP 8.2
