Mapping WP user info with customer field

    Hi,

    Is it possible in anyway to map some of the WP user fields to candy support customer field?

    Like, for instance, if we want to show nickname from WP to show on the customer field, will that be possible?

    Mapping customer custom field with WP user field is fine also…

    Hello there,

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    It is not possible to map the WP user fields with Customer fields of SupportCandy. You need to manually populate those fields.
