I’m using MapPress with a custom post type, which is filtered by press permit. MapPress generates a mashup map of locations using ajax. This map is being blocked by Press Permit until a visitor is logged in but I’d like the map to display for anonymous visitors.

I ran across mention of the filter pp_unfiltered_ajax but couldn’t find extensive documentation. Can you provide any info on how to use this filter? Thank you.

I looked into this, but wasn’t able to confirm the error. In my trial, the map loads for the anonymous user and a browser network log doesn’t show any ajax calls back to the WP site. If you have any more specific directions to recreate the error, I’ll look again.

I just uploaded a development version (2.1.49-dev) which may resolve your issues. You’ll have to delete your current copy and manually install this version using Plugins > Add New > Upload.

I expect to include these changes in a production version within the next week.
