MapPress Version:2.43.8 – No Map on the public post

Go to mappress.php file and search for this code:

wp_enqueue_script("mappress-gmaps", "https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js {$apiversion}{$language}{$libstring}{$apikey}", null, null, true);

edit this line:
https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js
and add your API code like this:
https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=YOURAPICODE

This should solve your problem.

I found a solution. I had a conflict with the plugin WP No External Links

I found an absolute solution where no plugin required at all. Simply use Google maps embed solution.

Create “My Maps” with sharing access to “Public on the web – Anyone on the Internet” and use the embed code.

Ex: https://www.tripoclan.com/agra/ “explore map” option
