    Hi,

    I’ve got a problem with tabs and mapsmarker.

    I’ve created some tabs and added different locations in each tab, such as Nottingham, Leeds, Liverpool etc. In each tab I’ve added the business address and also a shortlink to a maps – [mapsmarker marker=”6″] for example. Each map is set to the same size, zoom etc but when I switch between tabs the map doesn’t display properly or not at all.

    I’m using the latest mapsmarker plugin, version 4.4 of WP and I’ve tried turning off all plugins except Leaflet Maps Marker and it works fine displaying all the maps underneath each other. As soon as I turn on CWS Builder (for the tabs) the problem starts so it’s likely that the problem is there but I can’t work out a solution.

    I’m not a coder by the way but can follow coding instructions if that is required.

    Any ideas?

    I cannot find a url with a map on your site – can you please tell me how I can find one?
    Anyway if you are using a tab plugin, please make sure it is based on jquery UI tabs (like wp ui https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-ui/) or bootstrap tabs. Usage of proprietary tab solutions may not work with Leaflet Maps Marker. For jquery UI tabs + boostrap tabs I build a workaround which most mapping plugins have – that the map will not be displayed properly if loaded in a hidden div and being displaying dynamically via click.

    Sorry not to come back sooner but thanks for the reply Robert. I thought the tab widget I’m using is based on Jquery but I’ll explore further.

    Hi Robert,

    You were right, I’ve installed WP UI and this works a lot better, so I guess my other tab plugin wasn’t compatible.

    I’ve still got a sizing issue, when clicking between different tabs/maps but I guess this is what you talking about re the workaround.
