    Hi fantastic plugin, just wanted to confirm that the google maps block does or doesnt require the google maps api key?
    I dont need the extra control I jst need the basic road map with marker.

    Actually, Premium Google Maps block requires an API key which you can insert from your dashboard -> Premium Blocks for Gutenberg -> Settings.

    Also, you can check this link that shows up how you can get a free API key that can handle more than 100,000 requests
