maps not loading

  • Hi,
    I only get “loading maps”, but the map never loads: https://bit.ly/2uOrOMU
    Temporary I’m using a free version here (site is under developement), but I’m using PRO version on other sites without any problem.
    This site uses X-Theme by Theme.co

    I tried:

    • deactivating all plugins,
    • switch to default theme,
    • change footer/header Javascript settings,
    • tried on different browser and from different PC

      • Nothing of above worked ??

    Same here, and I’m getting following error message in Browser Console:

    (index):292 Uncaught SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list

    sorry for the issue – we seem to have missed an issue in the free version only. We are currently preparing a hotfix for the current version which should be available this weekend (=fix of the current version). Please downgrade to the previous version in the meantime (or upgrade to pro ??

    As a workaround, please disable the option “HTML filter for popuptexts (wp_kses)” at Settings / Misc / “Compatibility settings”, which was introduced with v3.12.1 – we are currently working on a hotfix and v3.12.2. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    FYI

    We just published a hotfix to the current v3.12.1 release – any new installations & updates starting from now are not affected by the issue anymore.

    For all users who already updated to v3.12.1 before 6th August, please use the workaround described above until v3.12.2 is available, which we are currently working on.
