Maps Pages – Linking to Other Maps

  • Hi Joe,

    Just a quick suggestion, it’d be great if we could include a component at the bottom of the page that links to similar routes in the same collection for instance? In much the same way e-commerce product pages have “similar products” sections.

    And a second idea that came to mind would be to have a date format available under type in the Meta.

    Hi @wkndwlk,

    Thank you for your suggestion. While this is not part of Waymark, because Maps are stored as WordPress Post Objects, this sort of functionality could be added to your theme.

    Please see this example where the Map template (single-waymark_map.php) displays Next/Previous “pagination” links on the Map Details page using this function.
