Hello

1. In the admin panel, go to “Appearance > Settings” (example)
2. Then go to the “Advanced CSS” tab (example)
3. Add the following code, for example:

section.related, section.upsells {
    margin: 0 0 45px 0;
}

If you want to indent from the header, add the following style:

section.related h2, section.upsells h2 {
    margin: 0 0 20px 0;
}

Or add this style to the css of your template. After you add styles, do not forget to clear the cache.
