Margin/Padding Automatically Added

Hello,
I am using WP User Avatar and I absolutely love it!
However, I’m using it with the Special Recent Posts plugin, and if you look at my website: https://www.lifecoachspotter.com, it is adding extra margin or padding. You can see this with the author “Erik Tozier”.
How do I remove this extra margin/padding?
