Margins around the page that shouldn’t show

My site appeared with these margins around the page without me changing any layout settings on the site. Originally they were not supposed to exist. So much so that this is how they are configured in the Customizer. I opened the site’s Troubleshooting Diagnosis and found that the problem is with the parent theme.
Notice that the menu lines, which should be glued with the margins, are loose, as well as the footer that forms a box, when it shouldn’t be like that.
I would like to know what this problem is and how I can solve it, since, as I explained, I didn’t change any layout settings, I use the same settings for years, just changing details like fonts and other items.
