    Yes.

    All the options below that option are just used/useful if this one is checked. If it is not checked all comments/pingbacks that Antispam Bee thinks are spam get deleted immediately.

    You can customize what happens with the spam with the options below that one. You can delete spam after a period of time, get emailed, etc.
