mark email as “transactional”

    all mails sent through the plugin are marked as non-transactional.

    It would be great to be able to configure this since i’m only sending transactional emails and i’m annoyed by the automatically generated email footer and the necessity of having to subscribe the receivers.

    this is set in ees_mail.php line 185:
    /* 31 isTransactional */ false
