Hi. When I create a map with a single marker, it shows fine. When I create a map with multiple (three) markers, they do not show.

I am confused how it works. Do all three show or can I flip from one o another? I don’t see the point of multiple markers if it’s a single map with all locations close to each other.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @donprogramit,

Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

As an example of how multiple markers can be useful is where you are trying to show all stores across a region (multiple states or towns) for example, and allow these stores to be located via the Store Locator.

Placing markers at the same location (or a very closely related coordinate) would cause one marker to be placed above another.

When one marker is placed on top of another, only the topmost marker will be accessible as they are opened by a user-click event. You can move markers slightly off of the same coordinate to allow them all to be visible. within a specific building, for example.

We do have alternative solutions available that may be more suitable for your use case, however, you will need to reach out to us on our website, to discuss these a bit further.

Hi. Thanks for your response. The four addresses are not that close to each other. When displaying the map, I only see one marker. Is there a way to toggle the map so tat I can select which locvation to show?

Sorry but I don’t think you understood my original question. It seems that adding multiple locations to a map has no affect and that the map just shows a random location, in this case, the third one I entered

    Hi @donprogramit,

My apologies if I misunderstood your question originally, the map should show all locations, and as long as the markers are not in the same location they will all be interactable.

Initially, I tested your map and I did see markers in other locations (After zooming out) and as a result, assumed you were talking about a shared location, such as a building with more than one marker.

I had a look at your link again now, but it appears you are no longer using the plugin on this page. If you do still require assistance, we’d be happy to help, as mentioned, however, it might be best to open a support ticket on our website so that we can assist you further directly.
