Marker image not showing in pop-up

    For whatever reasons, my readers do not see the pictures in the media lib linked to markers. The balloon is empty. When they click on the blank space, then they will be directed to the image and will see it. However viewing the page in Waymark preview everything looks fine and the image shows in the pop-up balloon and the button of the map. Looks like an access issue, but I have disabled the plugin preventing direct access for test purpose with no success.

    What do I wrong?

    Hi @tantares,

    I’m sorry to you are having issues. I have not encountered this before, my first thought is that this is a stylesheet conflict.

    Are you able to provide a link to where I can see this behavior, so I can investigate?

    Hi Joe, thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately I cannot share a link, as the site is private and not open to the public. However I made an additional discovery. When I upload and link the images as an “editor” and not as an admin,it works. So it must be some access restriction and I have a workaround.
