Marker name doesn't shown on a popup

  • Hello.
    I have checked the option to show marker name on a popup. But the marker name doesn’t appear on a popup.

    I’m using multilingual plugin xQtranslate.

    Do you have any suggestion on how to bring the marker name showing function back to work?

    adding marker name to the popup is an option that is only available in the pro version (via Settings / Map Defaults / “Default values for marker popups” / “add markername to popup”

    I know. I have a pro version, but the subscription is expired so I can’t place a question on your site.

    Well, thing is giving pro support in this forum is against the rules of www.ads-software.com – so in case you need additional support, please renew your access to updates and support ?? (your initial question should already be answered with my last reply – change that option and marker name will be added again to popups).

    So if I have a pro version with an expired support then I can’t get support in any way but renewing support?

    sounds like a good reason to go back to the free version(

    As I say previously – this option doesn’t work.

    I am sorry, I cannot reproduce that issue – just tested this option successfully on my dev site. If I should have a closer look at your installation/site, please open a support ticket at https://mapsmarker.com/helpdesk
