    Hey:
I am a site designer, and I use an Azure WordPress implementation called Project-Nami. With Project-Nami, I can use SQLite or SQL Server as the database. I am currently using SQL Server for my database. I installed WP Google Maps free version with no problem. I configured my map to use Open Source Layers. When I try to create a marker, it does not add the marker but shows the message ‘Processing…’ in ‘Your Markers’ section. I can only assume that you are not adhering to the WordPress DB API, which may be the reason that I am having a problem adding markers.
    Phil

    Hi Phil,

Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

Our sincerest apologies for the trouble you are experiencing.

We do make use of all core database functionality included with WordPress to manage data within our plugin core. It is possible that this may be due to a table configuration issue preventing data from being stored/retrieved.

Could I ask you to open a support ticket with us here: https://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us/ – As this will allow us to discuss this in more detail and debug the issue further to find a solution as soon as possible for you.

I look forward to hearing back from you.
