Markers from an existing map disappeared

    Hi, I have an existing map for an important post. I was using some information from the map, and somehow, all of the markers disappeared, even though the listings still exist. I have tried re-entering the addresses, and that works until I go to save the map, and then, POOF! They disappear again. I need help. Thanks!

    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time. I am sorry for the trouble you are having with the plugin.

    We’ve recently received a few reports of this issue and after looking into this in more depth it appears Google Maps has changed the way they handle/load map themes. As a result, some users are experiencing issues with the default map theme, which prevents the markers from loading fully.

    The change was unexpected and not openly shared with us, which is why the plugin was not fully prepared for the change.

    I can see you have already updated to 9.0.19 which contains the patch for this issue. Please navigate to Maps > Edit (your map) > Themes > Select the first theme from the Theme Presets panel > And Save your map. Once complete, your map should become fully functional once again.
