    After working for a long time, our store map is not showing markers any more.

    Also, in the ‘settings’ for the plugin, the marker options look wrong:

  • Hi there, thanks for reaching out.

    Yes, as you mention it seems there is an issue with your markers, the javascript console informs of an error related to the marker img files not being found in your server (see screenshot).

    Are you using custom markers in your website? If so, please double check the configurations in your functions.php file.

    Also, let us know if you can see the markers in the Wp Store Locator settings page, or you are getting blank images there as well.
