    Unless you changed it, the marker cluster option doesn’t seem to be enabled? You can do this on the WPSL settings page ( markers section ).

    Does it also not work with a default WP theme?

    Ah, that’s the mistake I made. Thank you for that.

    But then how do you add custom store locator markers instead of the generic beacons that are still there?

    So the good news is I got the custom icons to show up in the backend, but on the front end, the icons do not appear. No icons appear at all. And I’m just using [wpsl] as my shortcode. Nothing extra added. https://envymedical.com/staging/find-a-provider/

    You are sure you added this to functions.php inside your active theme folder?

    define( 'WPSL_MARKER_URI', dirname( get_bloginfo( 'stylesheet_url') ) . '/wpsl-markers/' );

    Are you using a child theme? If so, try to move the code ( and marker folder + images ) to the parent theme.

    Yes, definitely. And I am using a child theme as well.
