Marketing/Coupons management disappeared

    Hello,

    This morning a problem was found whereby a customer had applied the same coupon multiple times when it should have only been able to be applied once.

    When checking settings, the WP Admin > Marketing is nowhere to be seen and therefore we are unable to manage coupons.

    Coupon codes are still visible under analytics. I’ve completed all the usual steps of elimination and searched for an answer to no avail.

    Hi there,

    First, head to WooCommerce> Settings> General and ensure Enable the use of coupon codes is checked.
    My assumption is that it is, however, so I’m guessing there’s something else at play here. If that setting is checked, could you copy and paste your site’s system status report into this thread? You can get it from your dashboard by going to WooCommerce—> Status.

    It looks like something is conflicting with WooCommerce here (my guess is the WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features FREE: plugin).
    To test, first, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

    Well, it is strange as I had completed the process of elimination yesterday and nothing worked. However, doing it again today. I found the culprit.

    I also imagined it would have been one of the Woocommerce extensions activated, but it was:

    Mail Subscribe List by Richard Leishman t/a Webforward

    Anyway, deactivating that plugin has resolved the issue.
