marketing popup display settings not working

> Right now, store “0” display popup once per browser session. Means users visit your page then display popup. Click to close the popup. User close the browser then re-open the browser visit your page that time popup will be displayed.

Tried adding an annoucement popup to this site as well. fiskalloy.com Popup does not appear at all. If I use the previous version of your popup, it doesn’t work for mobile devices…..
